this moment

This Moment
"A single photo – no words – capturing a simple, special, extraordinary moment. A moment I want to pause, savor and remember."
“This Moment” is a ritual found on Life inspired by the Wee Man adopted from SouleMama which was introduced to me by Sarah-Jane. If you find yourself touched by a Moment and would like to participate, post your picture on a Friday and leave your link in the comments section.

Roy, I love seeing that the mountains in the background haven't changed much. How interesting to have photos like this that you can share with children and grandchildren :)

Great special moment!! Love how you're in the same spot 60 years later; not many people can make that claim. Very scenic!!

the road behind me is six lanes wide today, sixty years ago it was a two lane dirt cow trail of a road, back then the field behind us was cow pasture. now it all homes and i live a mile away in the same pasture today. same address but on a different street. dew east.

What folks call "progress" isn't necessarily so . . . glad you have the old photo to remember what it once looked like.
Blessings!
