I am forever grateful of the mercy and grace of God, the love and sacrifice of what happened on the cross. This prayer, I pray several times a day and helps me keep focused...

It's a very simple prayer, called the "Jesus Prayer" and has been used to meditate on, especially in the eastern orthodox church, for centuries.
