the road behind me is six lanes wide today, sixty years ago it was a two lane dirt cow trail of a road, back then the field behind us was cow pasture. now it all homes and i live a mile away in the same pasture today. same address but on a different street. dew east.
memory is so sweet to remember... lovely moment...
What folks call "progress" isn't necessarily so . . . glad you have the old photo to remember what it once looked like.
